Dr. Luis María Ribaya, an attorney-at-law, is a graduate from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires. From the beginning of the MAE history, he has held several managerial positions, among them, Alternate Director, Regular Director and First Vice-president. At the same time, he was the President of Galicia Valores S.A. Soc. de Bolsa and Director of Agenclear S.A. In 2003 he was appointed as Chairman of Mercado Abierto Electrónico, position that he holds as of today.
